We started weekly meal prep when I was in Grad School and working full time. And It's one habit we have kept. You know why?? Because it allows us the freedom to provide myself and my family with healthy meals. The idea of having to prepare meals can create an extreme amount of anxiety. Not only anxiety, but the temptation to just stop and pick up fast food. It's so much easier some days to just take that easier route. The end result of frequent Fast Food can be poor financial state, and poor health just to name a few.
