Making Pressed Juice at Home


Cucumber Apple Ginger Juice


1 Med. Cucumber cleaned and chopped

Juice of ½ a lemon

1 med. Green apple

2 cups of Spring or Filtered water 

2 tbl. Ginger

3 Chunks of Pineaple (opt.)

Honey to sweeten


Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender. Blend until combined. Strain using a strainer or Nut bag enjoy over ice
