Snack ideas

I’m great with meal prep, but sometimes I forget about planning for my snacks. Here are a few snack ideas that may be helpful.

If we don’t have planned out snacks, we’re more likely to grab whatever is easy to grab.


Usually snacks that are easy to grab are higher in calories and lower in nutrition.


So here are a few options you can use to add to your weekly snack planning.
