Finish Strong, Start Stronger

I ABSOLUTELY can’t believe October is over. Like, seriously what happened to this year. So, How has your year been? Is it everything you had hoped it would be? It’s not too late You still have 2 full months to get started on the direction you want to see your life. So what are you gonna do?? Are you going to sit back and wait to start another year to start or start TODAY?

I want to put out a challenge to you ladies. Let’s finish 2019 stronger and start 2020 Stronger.

. Everyone wants to start fresh on JANUARY 1. There’s no need to wait until January to start those healthy habits, Grow that Motivation, Write down those dreams and Create a positive attitude .

Here are 5 things I’m doing for the next 2 months to finish strong:

1. Write down my Biggest Hugest Life Goals I have 12 listed so far how many can you list and how BIG can you dream.

2. Daily affirmations. I say the 7 Affirmations for a MADE Mindset Daily Affirmations help me to stay focused and positive in the morning and I even go back to them during the day if I need a little motivation.

3. Start my day off with Gratitude. Before I take one step out of bed I thank god for what I’m grateful for in my life and give thanks.

4. Morning workout, 5 days a week I get up and move my body for 25 min. I most Def miss it when I don't move my body.

5. Hydration and Healthy foods. I drink at least ½ my body weight in water everyday and my day always starts with 8oz of water. Eat clean Sunday-Monday and allow a few more treats on the weekend. But, try not to over do it on the weekends.

This is what I do every day. I don’t always want to do it. If I don’t get up and move I most definitely feel different. Plus, I really like to fit in my clothes (LOL). Everyday is a decision. You get to decide what you want to do. You can choose your foods as well as your moods. Just remember the outcome is a result of your decisions. I hope you will join me on the journey to Finishing 2019 strong and starting 2020 Even STRONGER..
