In 1985 just after finishing High School I met my husband to be. At 19 found I was pregnant with our first son who is now 32. After his birth I finally got serious about life. God does that sometimes. After the birth of out second son in 1987 I got real serious. I had been working in Retail management but I knew I wanted more out of my life. My confidence dropped as each year passed.

 I Spent the early part of my life I spent unfulfilled with my life I began to take a closer look at what was allowing me to have professional success, but in my personal life lack self love and confidence. After 20 yrs of emotion struggles, I couldn't take it. I begin to seek The Lord more, found a therapist and engulfed myself with Personal Development.

In 2019 I entered the world of Life Coaching and became a Certified Life Coach. Now I'm ready to coach and support women to move past what's stopping them and build a life they love.
